These Terms govern your use of drclimate.ca and any purchase you make from 4823530 Nova Scotia Limited ("we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

About us

We are an authorized Canadian reseller of MRCOOL® DIY ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, and related HVAC products. MRCOOL® is a trademark of its owner; we are not the manufacturer.

Age & eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your province or territory of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Products & availability

We describe products as accurately as we can, but specifications, images, and availability may change without notice. We may limit or cancel quantities.

Pricing & currency

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated. We honour the manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price where applicable. Prices may change without notice; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we confirm and charge your payment. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud) and will refund any amount charged.

Shipping & delivery

Orders are fulfilled from our Canadian warehouse. Shipping is free Canada-wide on all orders. See our Shipping & Returns page for details. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you authorize the charge for your order total, including shipping and taxes.

Cancellations & changes

Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. Once an order has shipped, our Returns process applies.

Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. See our Warranty Disclaimer for what this means, including installation requirements.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law, except for the manufacturer's warranty and any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
